Blackberry soon to rollout the second version of BBM
It has been few weeks that there was a fake BBM launched by some company on the Google Play market and Apple App store. Blackberry made it official that they will soon rollout the second and genuine version of BBM for android and iOS smartphones. There was a huge response after the fake BBM apps for android and iOS operating systems were rolled out a few weeks ago and Blackberry was quite impressed with this response.
If you don’t know what will be in the BBM for Android and iOS smartphones don’t worry as we will be summarizing some of the features in a short para.
BBM for Android and iOS smartphone
BBM for Android and iOS smartphone will come with BBM Chat which will help you to interact with your friends and family members using BBM free of cost. Share files and pictures using BBM. Chat with your entire group of friends at the same time. You can make a group of your friends and you can add 30 people in each group. Update your status from time to time so that your friends can know what you are feeling. Each BBM user will get a unique ID which will be required in connecting with your other friends and family members. Now coming back to the topic, we had a statement given by a Blackberry official to one of the members of Reuters which we shared below. The CMO of Blackberry told one of the members of Reuters that oon the BBM will be launched for Android and iOS operating systems and this time the waiting is just for days and not for weeks. Previously there were some issues reported which led to the cancelling of the official launching of the app on September 22. Blackberry claims that all these issues have been resolved and they are ready to bring the BBM apps for smartphones in the market.
At first Blackberry promised that they would be launching BBM for the two best mobile operating systems which are iOS and Android but the launch which was scheduled on September 22 was cancelled because of some issues and the leaked BBM app for Android smartphones. But this time Blackberry is pretty confident with the launching of BBM and they think that people will definitely like the app and the response is going to be better than ever.
As per stats it has been said that there are over 5 million iPhone and Android users who have signed for Blackberry updates, so that they can get each and every update regarding the BBM.
Let’s hope that Blackberry soon launches the iOS and Android versions of the BBM app. Till then let us know if you are waiting for BBM for your smartphones and if you are ready to replace your other text messaging apps with BBM.
